You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before.

Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a fee of 50% of the service booked, as is too hard to fill this spot last minute.

If you are running late PLEASE let me know via call, text or DM as soon as possible.

Being late by 15 minutes or more may result in cancelling your booking.

No shows are not tolerated.

Failure to show up to your appointment without contact will result in being blocked on our booking system.

All future bookings will require an upfront, non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit to secure.

I do understand children are hard to navigate and can sometimes need to attend your appointment but my insurance does NOT cover children being in the studio.

Please be mindful that I have very sharp utensils, and strong dangerous chemicals in my areas that are easy to reach.

Please make sure your child is aware they can not sit on your lap or the bed, so I can provide you with the best service I can.

If you are bringing a small child with you, please bring a pram / stroller for them to be comfortable in.
